I used to go here every week but stopped going because it seemed badly run, there was limited choice and the high prices. So we went again on Saturday expecting the worst, but were pleasantly surprised. The wine was competitively priced and the place seemed to be better in terms of staff morale and their efficiency.

Surprised by the variety of groceries here, also surprised by price and quality of home brand products. You do get what you pay for. On site parking and disabled access, toilet facilities, small coffee shop and self checkout option if you're signed up.

Mainly all your necessities. Coffee for members is disgusting. Good selection of flowers. Bakery section is also nice

Hit and miss. Good produce if they have it. But shelves are often bare. Cafe at 2pm and not a kids sandwich in sight. How hard can it be to exercise a little stock control?

I was looking for something particular this evening and asked a young shop floor partner for help. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was so very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for him. I asked to speak to a floor manager after my shop to pass on my huge thanks to him, I hope he is rewarded for his can do attitude and lovely smile, thank you

Have wonderful recipe cards but half the ingredients are not available.

Store was clean, car park clean, got what I needed. Signs could be a bit further forward. Only had one person on the tills which is frustrating. Self scan was fine. Bit slower than other supermarkets.
