Ordered Yaki Soba Chicken and Prawn noodles at Ashford for dinner on 15th of Feb, 2025. We were greeted by lovely waitress Isabella who was very attentive. To our surprise, the food was served with only 3 pieces of Chicken and 2 piece of Prawn for a £15 dish (joke!). The unwelcoming and unapologetic lady floor manager walked in to resolve the issue and offered us a bargain deal (couple more pieces of chicken in a tiny bowl, I am sure you wont be impressed with the photo either). Overall, the experience was bad except Isabella's professional behaviour. I am sure the lady floor manager could learn a thing or two from Isabella (at least know how to greet customers). Won't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

The food was overly salty, and the menu was quite confusing. We ordered what we expected to be a Beef Teriyaki Ramen, but instead, we received a Korean-style hot pot with no noodles, barely any beef, and a few sticky rice cakes that looked unappetising. The portion was extremely small?definitely not enough for an adult?yet it cost £18.70 per person. Absolutely unacceptable. Disappointing experience, and we will never be returning.

Quick service. Usual dishes come at different times but that's waga style. Wasn't a queue when we arrived but was busy. Food was good, very tasty and well presented. Easy to pay.
Parking: Free parking after 5.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access to both parking and restaurant.

Food is excellent and exactly what you'd expect from the chain, high quality, if somewhat expensive. Service is good, wait staff are attentive and food rarely takes long to arrive even when the restaurant is busy.
Be aware that they bring out each dish as and when it is done, rather than waiting to bring out everything at once. This is, personally, not a problem, but something the entire chain does and something to be aware of.
Being in the outlet the parking is ample, and the restaurant can get very busy and loud at times, especially during peak hours.
