Went into vodafone because of a problem with my phone and after extensive inquiries by Bradley he did sort out the issue and because of his determination to find the problem I signed up to sim only deal and saved £10 per month, so thanks to him and Vodafone.

I recently purchased an iPhone and an iPad from Vodafone, County Square Shopping Centre, Ashford and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Grant and Joleen provided exceptional customer care, going above and beyond to assist me. Their friendliness and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. After disgraceful service on there online chat and phoning there complaints department thought I would go in store to see if anyone at Vodafone cares about there customers . After waiting about 10 minutes spoke to Alec who went through my account and confirmed the departments I have spoken to had mucked up my bill and over charged me. After about 45 minutes everything was sorted and I even sorted my next upgrade. Recommend Alec in store

Helpful professional and friendly staff but There computers / system was slow in progressing my oder. Think they need new a better computers / tills to process orders. IMO

I can only say plus plus about their kind service and patience. I mean particularly in the County Square Shopping Center in Ashford, Kent.Wish Vodafone online service would be this great as well.
