Nice hotel, great staff, gym and pool very well maintained, food was good, eat most meals on the menu.Rooms: Room well appointed, serviced every day, quiet and warm, shower was good.

The rooms are good and the staff were excellent. We stay here when we can get a good deal. It's certainly not a premium experience, more of a busy leisure club than good hotel. Coffee is undrinkable and there is no where comfortable to sit away from the very noisy bar area.

Bit of a nightmare bathroom was not clean and needs work doing..We stayed for my husband mum funeral on the morning of we had power cut but our room only so luckily so we thought had my sons room ohhhhh 5 mins later that one blew .... turned out it was the iron they provided blew everything...Food and prices were disgusting and food NOT the best ...Disappointed to be honest

Hotel is lovely been here before, lovely bed and in general a nice hotel. The hotel is nice and clean.Previously parking was free but now like everywhere ANPR cameras. In the car park signs said about paying but not talking about the hotel at all. Terminal inside to pay when you leave the hotel it doesn?t explain if you can come and go or pay each time this is NOT clear or I couldn?t see any information on this. Paid for club room but after checking the plate still owed £5 I didn?t know if to leave it or not but I didn?t want a £100 fine from a private company ? so just paid to avoid this. I think this should be clearer on the hotels website as well at the hotel it self.There are no vending machines or a shop for things like bottled water only from the bar at £4.40 a bottle of 750ml of water what I think is a bit much.Pool and gym is lovely and was a bit on the cold side in the pool but still enjoyable. Steam room and sauna are great.For this hotel it was good to just get away and be able to relax while doing so. Would still recommend this as a nice hotel for a couple of nights away from home.

Room nice and clean,but the shower wasnt very hot,no matter how many ways i tried to adjust it.on the whole, though happy.The Guinness from the bar was lovely, which surpried me from an hotel.

Attended a Motown event with live singers, meal and a disco. Fantastic evening great atmosphere and lovely food. Will definitely come here again for further events. Staff were friendly and

Over the years I have stayed at the village hotel several times and over that duration, some experiences have been better than others.But my most recent visits have been top class. The bar staff and most notably night crew, have really made my stay very enjoyable.I personally would like to mention the following staff as they have all gone above and beyond to accommodate any questions and or requests, but more importantly they have made me feel welcome with good service.NIGHT STAFF:CaitlinJamesSeanKarlBAR:BenI encourage the village management to keep on inspiring and encouraging their staff, to continue working in good spirit as it really makes a difference.Best wishesLeroy

Well we know this hotel from previous visits but on this occasion it was for our anniversary and at no extra cost they made the room and stay special.The room was decorated with petals, Swan Towels and a card from the Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff welcomed us with smiles and throughout the stay the staff were polite and well presented.Food was absolutely lovely with room service and then breakfast was cooked well.Rooms: Clean big roomsFood & drinks: Food is clean and cooked perfectly.

Kettle was glowing due to being left on with no water in - didn?t cut off (was replaced when reported). Bed was comfortable.Restraunt food is average at very best. Car park was terrible - spent 20 minutes driving around waiting for a space to become available. Staff are clearly overworked, uneducated in the ways off service and by the expressions on their faces underpaid as well.Seems like a bar and a gym with a hotel bolted on with no real customer service at all!Would not go back (to the chain of hotels - this is not specific to just Maidstone) or recommend to my worst enemy.
