You go in, look around, -buy- come out. Nothing extra, but they usually have very good deals. The sellers do not intrude unnecessarily, but if you ask, they are very willing. I especially like this locally.

My partner and I were at the store on Monday 8 May at 19:00 hours. After selecting a few items and with the help of a male member of staff he pointed to me where the changing rooms were. I noticed that the changing rooms were closed then a lady shouted at me that the changing rooms were closed, so I tried to to go back to the male member of staff that helped me out and she shouted again to me; ARE YOU GONNA ASK EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF ABOUT THE CHANGING ROOMS? I SAID THEY ARE CLOSED ALREADY, YOU ARE JUST BEING ANNOYING. To which I responded; are you the manager ? Who is the manager? And a lady with dark hair said I?m the manager, and again the rude lady; (5?6 bleach blond hair in a ponytail hair) shouted again, if you go to any shops right now all the changing rooms will be closed and the cleaner is there cleaning right now, which was not true since there was nobody in the changing rooms. Then my partner said: the cleaner shouldn?t be cleaning until the shop is closed and the rude lady responded it?s not my fault, not only this lady was rude and shouted in front of other customers and members of staff but also had disgusting behaviour and attitude towards customers, and seems that she actually has more power that the manager. At this point my partner and I decided to leave the items selected and leave the shop. Then the manager and the rude lady kept staring at us and laughing as we left!!! Clearly this is unacceptable since the members of staff are there to help all customers with high standards otherwise you should close the shops and operate as an online service only.. We understand that even today on a bank holiday all the shops in the outlet were open until 9pm with the changing rooms open. So this means that you are paying members of staff for two extra hours to operate with this bad customer service?

A great store for those wanting sportswear from Under Armour. The store is well laid out and has a good range of products and accessories.As usual for the Outlet, most products come with special discounts.The staff are friendly and always around to help, didn't take long to pay.
