VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ?I bought my husband a top for Christmas, unfortunately it was too small. I was worried about returning it because I couldn't find the receipt. I shouldn't have worried, because went I returned to the store a very helpful and pleasant member of staff named WILL explained to me that if I returned with a bank statement showing the payment he could exchange the product. He even put my name on the replacement product too reserve it for me. When I returned to the store I was speaking with a young ladie as I didn't see WILL, but he had seen and remembered me. WILL took ownership of the transaction which was very straightforward even pleasant and this was soley due to WILL's excellent customer service.He is a credit to your company.

Destination for all your shopping needs. Well organized parking with a cost of 1£ for 4 hours is encouraging for many to drop by for food and shopping places. Collection is much better compared to typical outlets.

Sells very warm clothes - jackets, giblets, coats etc (hence the name) which are lightweight. Didn't find anything new I wanted to buy yesterday but have previously bought a jacket and coat. Helpful and friendly staff in store.
