Been here several times and not had a bad experience. Products are the price and quality of any TK Maxx, but the large size of this shop means there's always plenty of items to look through. Always been a tidy store with helpful staff when I've visited.

The Ashford store is one of the bigger ones I've visited, clothing is down stairs and furniture and household goods on the second floor.Always good items on sale at a reduced price. Some great bargains , the staff are very polite and helpful. Always enjoy this store

Love the 1st floor stuff for home, not huge fan of clothes shopping in here as I don't like going through every overfilled rail of clothes. Good choice for hand bags and beauty products, kids toys.

I normally really like tkmaxx and have spent a lot of money in here! I came in yesterday and see a pair of men?s yellow Ralph Lauren swimshorts, the price tag said originally price was £399 snow down to £99 I questioned this at the till as it was pretty odd.Only to be told that it was the actual price from head office.I have just gone into house of Frazer today and they are marked up at £89 on sale at £69!Also at the same price in flannels!!!!Tkmaxx is a rip off merchant!

Everything about this TKMaxx is great from the staff to the cleanliness. However, the one caveat is sometime stock can be lacklustre and hit and miss in terms of selection.
