I?ve been going to Jo for nails for 6 years and can not recommend Pamper rooms enough. I get builder gel, that last up to 3-4 weeks at a time and always get compliments on the colours on my nails when out and about. It?s been amazing watching Jos business grow with her two new employees Rosie and Shell that are excellent at nails, tans, massages and other treatments they offer. Went here for the first time to have my nails done before my holiday.Hadn?t been on a holiday for over 3 years so treated myself on a manicure and pedicure with gel polish.Rosie did my nails and was very patient and understanding. Ended up having coloured French pedicure on my hands and one of the tip colours as an overal colour on my toes.3 weeks later my toes still look amazing. Took the polish on my hands off myself yesterday.Was nice to have my nails done without the aggressive electric nail file and the time spend was the same so would recommend this over the foreign nail bars.

Once again, a beautiful gel manicure by Jo. From a seemingly ever expanding range of colours, the hardest part of the whole experience is choosing colour and design - I rarely leave with just 1 plain colour! My nails are now so strong and healthy, thanks to the care shown by all the amazing ladies. The Pamper Rooms experience was AMAZING! Really poor service!!!I went there for full body waxing and came back with a lot of blood clots all over my body. They don?t have good wax or any other option to choose from/ uses the same wax on all body parts, which is very very harsh. No empathy while giving service/ ruining experience of customers. I?d say it was the worst waxing experience of my life.I?d never recommend them to anyone.Services: Body waxing

Had a great experience at the first time at The Pamper Rooms. Jo did a great job and I was satisfied with my classic lashes. Looked very natural and not over the top. Afterwards it felt weightless and not itchy, very comfortable. She gave me lots of tips on how to maintain them also. I would highly recommend.
