Dreadful customer service!
I renewed my membership to purchase the 20 percent discount and free delivery to buy perfume on line.
This was not applied to my account.Despite four phone calls querying this, and four emails informing me it will be escalated. One week later I still have not received any discount coupon codes.
In my last email I asked for a refund to which I received no reply!
I paid by PayPal so I have just reported this to them who say they will start a claim to obtain my refund.
I will now AVOID this company. Shocking.

Do not make any purchases from this company. I placed an online order for more than 12 products, but I only received 6 of them. The package was extremely disappointing. Despite my attempts to contact their customer care number and emails, I did not receive any response. I even visited their nearest shop, but it was of no use. It has been 6 months and I have not received a single response from them. This company is completely fraudulent. If you value your money, please refrain from making any online purchases with them. This has been a truly terrible experience for me. Furthermore, when I checked their Facebook profiles, I noticed that many people had the same negative experience as me, but their comments would mysteriously disappear shortly after. This indicates that both the shop and the customer service are completely fake.

Probably the worst shopping experience i've had, very rude and obnoxious. Advisor was very quick to move me on and didn't give me a chance. Spent my money elsewhere.

Customer service is very lacking time none existent in this store. I patiently waited for 10minutes to be served. When a customer service dod eventually cone available she served someone else instead. Also when purchasing, be aware that they do not provide paper receipts. Which are essential when buying gifts as you should have a gift receipt. My advice is go elsewhere.

I?m really disappointed with the sales person, whom I encountered today. She was full of attitude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and sooooo RUDE. She didn?t even bothered to ask me or show me the samples as I was bit unsure what to buy. She was just standing there with her annoyed face. I asked her if I can have a discount with my BLC but then she asked me to show it on my phone when I had a physical card with me instead. She made me feel like as if I can?t afford a bottle of perfume. I really wanted to give a ZERO star but there is no any option for that?. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN ?.?

Normally the staff are lovely but there is a new staff member with a horrible attitude and just generally rude, should not be working in customer service at all.
