Ordered a bottle of wine. We live at #2. Wine delivered to #3?to a 13 yrs old girl. Tried to call back the delivery driver - Radoslav - not interested. Tried calling this Tesco High St Ashford Branch. Number rings, not answered. Cut off. Wine delivered to a 13 yrs old?and she WAS asked for her date of birth!

It?s a basic small store.

Went in to return some parcels, I needed the evri print out machine. I couldn't see it sign posted anywhere, so I joined the long queue and waited my turn. Only to be rudely told by the old lady behind the till, oh you need to go to the machine, it's back there (and she pointed) I said, oh it's not very well sign posted is it, only for her to roll her eye and just call the next customer over.
After printing my lables I went back to the till and the young lad was very polite, I said I do feel like you need some signs for the printer, to which he responded, I've asked X about this and he said no, but I agree, the old lady then chipped in, we'll you could ask!
Firstly, how is it my fault I didn't know where the machine was, with out queing to be told. If there was a sign, I would have known before needing to queue up twice
Secondly the old lady needs some serious customer service training. I've noticed a few reviews unhappy with the older employees lack of customer service skills.

Unbelievable, Today, they closed the shop and don't let anyone in at 20:00hrs. So many customers annoyed. They suppose to open till 23:00hrs everyday. This store manager named as Jack is mad how can this manager shut the business because, you have a delivery? Is this a good management for business? Don't you think it will impact the reputation of the business?

I mean, the young lads in this store and the security guys are well mannered, polite and professional. The same cannot be said about the old ladies in this store, long line of people wanting to pay, two ladies just having a chat behind the till. They?re paid to be there, customers don?t have all day to stand in line whilst they chew the fat. Also very rude once finally being served. A simple smile wouldn?t hurt & some manners. Unmotivated and clearly don?t want to be there. Tutted and muttered something under her breath when I got my club card up on my phone.
