I have recently visited the Tesco Mobile section. As an older person I appreciate that what is very basic to the majority of customers is a complete mystery to me.
On the three visits that it took to purchase a phone and get it completely working I found the staff to be excellent, always smiling and patient with a friendly attitude.
Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone.

Waited at self checkout for 5 mins, someone finally came over and said they need their boss as i didnt have ID, then waited another 10 minutes for someone to come back, same person said i cant have it. I am 6ft 2 with a beard and covered in tattoos which are visible and am 26. Same guy said yes i know but no and walked off. One of my tattoos is literally my birthyear, 15 minutes waiting and illogical and poor service

Tesco should provide better training on costumer service. Staffs are extremely rude. Also, Tesco should update self service tills because struggling to find items. If you have contract with Costa and KrspyCream make sure their items are clearly displayed on the tills so not cause confusion when costumer like to pay.

Absolutely horrendous attitude from cashiers. If you're going to ask someone for their ID (which in itself is absolutely fine and understandable) then at least make the effort to speak to them directly and not through another cashier when the customer is right in front of you. Please train your staff to treat customers with basic dignity and not like they're trying to do something wrong when they're not.

Just don't bother, no where to park, 38 spaces taken by silly huts and vans leaving the engines running, an articulated lorry takes up half a bay of parking spaces, pallets and upturned trollies blocking parking spaces, it gets worse, regular lines have been dropped, on top of all that two jobs worth checking almost every trolly that leaves the store. As if Christmas isn't stressful enough !! this wasn't even Xmas week, it was Friday 13th, can only imagine how much worse its going to get next week.

Customer service lady at tobacco kiosk this morning far to busy talking to security guard to serve her face said it all as it seemed I was inconveniencing her.

I have been shopping at Tesco in Kingsnorth for years. The other day I parked in the child and parent parking with my son and husband and went inside the store to do some shopping. On returning, my son noticed a ticket warden taking photos of the car. We asked the gentleman what he was doing and he said he hadn?t seen our child but now he had, he wouldn?t issue a ticket. We were a little surprised by this and hadn?t encountered this nasty individual before (a fairly innocuous, elderly gentleman). I have now received a ticket several weeks later which I will of course be appealing. Nonetheless, I am shocked at this practice by Tesco and will not be returning to their store. This will be a substantial loss to them because I am responsible for the shopping choice of two households with a combined spend of almost 14k per year on groceries. I suggest you shop at the nearby Sainsbury?s which is both substantially more open inside with greater product options and whom I?ve never seen employ such disgusting tactics. I will be making a formal complaint to Tesco?s head office as well.

Shopping ok its until you get to the till or self service and its a nightmare you que ages for at the till or spend ages with the self service tills
