Worst pharmacy in Ashford. I can't work out if it's the staff at the front or rear to blame or just lack of staff... But the queues are awful. With just one person serving customers who must be exhausted. .. my trip today was complemented with another member of Tesco staff coming in to have a chat to moan about other members of staff around the store... Tesco really need to sort this pharmacy out as it is truly terrible.

If I could give zero stars I would.They arbitrarily shut down the pharmacy at random times and expect people in the queue to have seen a sign on the counter at the front of the queue.Today we find out they are shutting at 1500 to 1600.Poor woman in front of me in the queue who's has been stood there for ages and had already been directed to another pharmacy and back was told at 1456 having got to the front of the queue she would not be served. If the pharmacist had chosen to serve her intead of arguing with her the transaction would have been finished by 1500.I'll be switching pharmacies, any kind of reliability or customer service has long disappeared at this one.

would like to give no stars but is not an option. Don't go here unless you have no choice closed for 1 hour then had wait for another 30 mins ...get more staff if you can't cope

unfriendly staff they will only choose what they want to serve even if your queuing for a long time and sarcastic as well.

Always seem to blame doctors surgery for not sending prescriptions, even when you see them send it at your appointment, generally sloppy service, often don?t have all your medication?

Tesco really needs to review how this pharmacy is run. There is only ever one person serving the public counter, they never have your prescription ready (even when it?s been sent over a day ago). When they don?t have items in stock, they?ll tell you to tell your GP to prescribe an alternative instead of telling you when the medicine will be in stock.. even when you?ve explained there is no alternative. The customary answer from this team is go shop.. we don?t all need to shop.. the worst thing is you can?t call in to check so you don?t waste a trip.. because as mentioned in the many reviews below.. they never pick up.. they hang up automatically..When there are this many bad reviews you?d think the manager would get a clue and deal with it.. instead I doubt they will and will start going elsewhere ..

Someone please tell me on what grounds does a pharmacist to question what should or shouldn't be on patients perscription, if their doctor has prescribed them medication they need to take on a frequent basis and have done for many years of their life, and a pharmacist tells them they shouldn't be on it, and decline to dispense, it SHOULD be none of the pharmacys business interfering like that!

Very rude staff that stand around laughing and talking rather than serving customers and if you dare question them you're the rude one and they shout and swear at you. Do not use!!!

What takes 35 minutes to get my prescription?!?! Customer service is absolutely horrendous as well ! What a joke ! Terrible ! Hopefully something is done soon about the time taken to get a prescription !!!!! And the staff attitudes amongst many things!

Dropped to 4 stars, hopefully temporarily. After Covid, has gone down a bit, but so has pretty much everything health related. There are new staff and they need time to get up to speed.

Absolutely terrible. Told get GP to do another prescription and still couldn?t do prescription! Went to Boots - job done. Every time you go to Tesco 4 behind counter only one serving even if queue goes back down the aisle!! Needless to say won?t be going back.

Turned up Friday for prescription for my daughter and they only had a third of the prescription and gave us a form saying we owe you these items we probably won?t get them till Monday but we will call you Monday. Guess what no call nothing. Been calling for last hour it just rings and then someone picks it up and immediately hangs up the phone. Disgusting service . Stressful enough having a really poorly child and these clowns feel it?s acceptable to just hang up the phone. Train your staff in customer service

I've never had problems with repeat prescriptions at Tesco Pharmacy, that were not caused by operator error at the Dr surgery level. They even let you know your prescription is ready for collection, should they have your mobile number on record. A really good service.
