Not impressed with the Beauty Bar. I have bad Hay Fever so I?m pretty congested, I'm also pregnant so can?t take much for it and the brow technician refused to serve me which is fine but let my sit there for 15/20 minutes instead of just letting me know straight away.

Was literally stalked because I was Reading what chemicals were in the products before purchasing. I was in the store with my mum and also had a basket and was putting the products into the basket yet a member of staff was literally breathing over my shoulder. I found this quite funny as in the space of me looking at the products and buying them. I noticed one shoplifter and another woman putting lipgloss straight onto her lips, clearly don?t care about hygiene!! Can say I didn?t get everything I needed so the store lost out on money and also the person who was stealing got away with it so they lost out on money there as-well. Was very tempted to ask the young boy at the till Why he Felt the need to follow me And stand literally next to me but realised he was probably told to do so By a higher member of staff. Quite embarrassing, really. Ashford store needs to do better and maybe follow the shop lifter and not the customers buying stuff from the shop. Went into boots after and was a much nicer vibe, I use an app called YUKA to scan products so that I can see the chemicals in them they were very interested in the app and keen to help. Boots will know be my go too shop.

Reasonably priced. Not as cheap as it used to be though. Deals in multi buys etc.

Superdrug is a brilliant store, full of everything you need and more. Staff were really helpful, would highly recommend it.

Busy store with staff that have been there a long time so know the store well and can help you find items quickly which is magic. The store is clean and well stocked. They often jave special offers on lots of things which is great. Parking is not an issue as it's in a shopping centre that has lots of parking. You can also order online and pick up in store, which is another useful thing?
