Extremely disappointed that after using this salon for my tanning for the seven or so years I received terrible customer service from two members of staff and the owner . In the whole time I have been using them happily i have now been told I cannot carry over unused minutes and the 58 left from last year have expired . No notice , no explanation and no follow up calls at my request . Very poor practice and lost two long term recurring customers for the sake of an explanation and a good will gesture of at least knowing for future reference this is in place . Shocking waste of money and unexplained terrible customer service .Service: Tanning

Omg I wish I had visited sooner!!Really lovely girls in there who explained all the instructions.Lots of lotions for sale, and offers on.etc .Time limit on 1st time users which is good to see. Free blinkies to protect your eyes.The actual beds are AMAZING, roomy and spacious. They even mist you with water to cool you down. Can really chill out in there!The salon is always beautifully clean and I have no intention of going anywhere else now!Great experience, thankyou.Service: UV tanning

Since changing hands there is new modern decor, new improved sunbeds, fliers with prices of courses. Connie on reception was pleasant and informative.
