Not impressed, walked 20 mins to get here for a browse through the records. The details on here and on the door upon arrival state that it is open until 4pm on a Tuesday. We were at the door at 3:55pm and the door was locked. There was a woman inside placing some shoes on a shelf and there was no acknowledgement that she had seen us. She knew we were there as she walked towards the door with the shoes. A guy appeared and they were chatting at the counter. I am slightly concerned that I have passed away and nobody can see me - a bit like Patrick Swayze's character in Ghost. I should have tried to run through the closed door to find out.
Basically, don't trust the opening hours.

Staff have always been friendly and reasonably price all of their items. Not made any donations to this store so can't comment on that.

Terrible experience 14-02-2024. I phoned ahead around 12.30 to ensure a couple of bags of new and in some cases brand new designer clothes would be accepted. Was told yes, and I confirmed I would be there 3-4pm. Turned up 3.30pm to be met by two very discourteous ladies who told me they could not take anything more that day. One suggested I come back tomorrow, which was not possible for me. I tried to explain that I had spoken to someone earlier. That was brushed off. One lady then reluctantly said 'ok we'll take them on this occasion' with not so much as a thank you for the few hundred pounds worth of clothes I had just handed over. I won't be returning to this shop to either donate or buy.

Rude staff and so so overpriced I gave a massive donation of clothes and they seriously overpriced them. I gave them a set of 6 candles that I bought of 9 pounds the set and they sell them for 4 pound each make me feel sick seriously I wish I didn't donate now

I've only given one star so can right a review so I'm a support worker and walked over to the shop with the lady I support she wanted to donate 2 blankets she had crocheted and a almost new sound bar was was told we have to make a appointment to drop off any items which was fair enough so we were told any time saturday, my lady walked there saturday in the rain only to be turned away I rang the shop and spoke with a assistant to be told the manager was busy and would ring me in 5 minutes I dident get a call back, their loss as between us we have so many brand new clothes and game consoles to donate but not a chance they will be donated to a very unorganised and rude manager
