This is third in a row bad coffee experience for me in town centre Ashford Starbucks.
I am regular customer of Starbucks but regular use other places in London.
Ashford ?cappuccino? tests like milk and smells bad.
I took a coffee this morning around 9:20 am, a lady served with cold customer service.
