Went to collect a parcel and not only were they all in a pile on the floor that i had to crawl through to find my parcel, which has a disabled person was incredibly difficult, i handed my parcel over and the cashier withheld my parcel saying i didnt have anything to scan. I showed him the app telling me it was ready to collect, i had ID and he was so rude and condescending. Will never step foot in the door again

Vapes are £7 absolutely crazy prices. Everywhere else they are £5. Stopped here as it was the only shop that was open. The vape is 600 puffs but lasted me 30 min. I?m not a heavy vaper.

Stopped on my way past for a couple of disposable vapes. Both only lasted about 20 minutes and I'm not a heavy vape user. Definitely some fakes in here.

Good local shop. Generally only one person working there and they have tons of stock, so no doubt a few items may occasionally pass their sell by date without being spotted. Never had a problem.

Rude male Asian staff Ripped off..Had Quorn burgers thrown in bin told were off but made him get them back for me and overcharged for past best before powdered tinned milk. 50p on the side yet was charged £2.49! The Lamb curry I got my mum was also past best before wasn't thrown like the Quorn was. I caught him out. Seems he is a bully. The shop is a mess. There is food everywhere, overstocked sandwiches,fruit and veg and rubbish outside.Its typical of Premiers rude staff Asian with mess everywhere. Bottles of drink on the floor and over stocked on fresh food that will be wasted.The shop needs reporting to the council and why won't Labour do anything about this bad shop? People only go in there for booze/fizzy/sweets whilst all the rest of the stuff sits there like these old watery toilet cleaners I bought. The shop needs new ownership, a clear out not to stock too much fresh it's expensive for poor on Stanhope and to be polite to people. Stanhope needs a co-op/One stop even a Tesco.

Be careful if you get a parcel delivered there. Went in twice after seller said it had been delivered and they said they have not had it. Then the 3rd time the seller sent me a photo from DPD of the package on their counter and after I showed them this they eventually found it but they had told me they had no DPD delivery's.I've still haven't been able to collect my parcel as the collection code isn't working I confirmed it with the seller aswell and on eBay it's still not coming up as delivered.So don't think they have scanned the parcel in properly. I keep going back and fourth to try and find out. I have said I can show you the invoice and everything that the parcel is mine even showed them the eBay message from the seller with the code and their still refusing.

The boss are cool,but the new guy staff member so rude dont have any respect for people and tryed few times to charge me more money!!! so nasty.Been going in this market almost every day for four years since i moved here.Not coming anymore!!!terrible
