Disappointed by Spec Savers again glasses provided for reading , too strong gave me headaches changed to lesser and said they were wrong
Now deny it , saying one was for computer other for reading
Failed to acknowledge eyes vary because of stroke £165 spent on glasses for no apparent reason , lenses swapped free of charge , not my fault they were wrong .
Previous glasses did not fit properly took back these were just bent outward to tighten to head , should have given up on them then.
Front of shop polite and nice , behind the scenes not so clever .
Very commercial non caring operation
The one star is just because they referred me to have extra check which was correct.
Leaves the question why prescribe glasses if you don?t know .
Would not recommend these to anyone who has had a stroke , they clearly do not understand variation of eyes after a stroke and changing prescription without that understanding is ridiculous.
