Absolutely appalled by this surgery, can never get through via the phone and when you finally do you get called to call back tomorrow or fill out an online form. If you actually fill out an online form you don't ger offered an appointment for at least a week if your lucky and then when that appointment comes around they don't even call. Absolute joke of a surgery, how this place hasn't been shut down I do not know. Disgusting!

Worst surgery ever...impossible to get in touch on the phone (tried over 30 times with the switchboard not working properly couldn't get through until all appointments were gone)and econsult only available for 5 to 10 minutes this morning not an hour as stated. Still haven't had my situation resolved and they expect me to do the same scramble on the phone/computer at 8am tomorrow which will again be impossible. The receptionists are like robots repeating the same speech over and over again and don't help.

What a shambles. Called south Ashford medics to book an appointment, answer machine annoyingly loops with press 1-5 for various options, on selecting it just repeats regardless which enquiry I needed (I tried them all). Tried over and over again. Eventually phoned 111 to then get referred to pharmacy which then referred me for a call back from a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to speak to so many specialists when all I needed was a receptionist, but they don?t seem to exist. Time to find a medical centre that cares.

1 star is too nice, it's taken over 2 months, walking in face to face, at least 3 online consultations and pressing the button to say they hadn't contacted in the deadline and each time you just get told someone will be in touch and even now they haven't. The thing I need solved is quicker then having a phone call, understand delays but you should still be able to book an appointment further along. Such a joke.

Was filling e-consult where it asked me to contact GP. Called the number and waited 1 hour just to be told call back tomorrow. Such a shame and waste of time.

Some small but important changes brought by SAM, the phone lines are now 20 mins or less on average and they have added queue notification so I know when to get ready to speak.

It is impossible!!! to book an appointment to see a doctor. Rang them as soon as they were open and I was on number 30 on the phone queue. Patiently waited 40 mins for my turn only to be informed that there were absolutely no appointments. This is the 3rd day in a row with this experience. Shambolic!

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD staff are rude, you get fobbed off one receptionist tried to give me medical advice! HELLO I NEED A DOCTOR never answer the phone no duty of care they never seem to be bothered

An Absolute Disgrace!! This place calls itself a medical service! We ordered a prescription 7 days ago but still not done. Now I've been told they will not do it until I have a medical review next week, meaning I'll have to go without a dose of epilepsy medication for at least a week because they failed to contact me, and all at a time when there are flashing Christmas lights every which way I look. Farcical lack of service and of care!

Absolutely disgusted with level of service here receptionists fail to answer phones on multiple occasions,feel I have to justify myself through receptionist to get an appointment,Infact I feel that an attitude adjustment necessary most times by doctors and receptionist,promised one thing and received completely another,messed around from start to finish,never as good as they?re word,refused to refer me back to specialists even tho specialists have told me anytime I feel I need to go back just ask doctor to refer you,left me in pain moving me from pillar to post just to get a simple steroid injection for arthritis last year,this year apparently no doctor is trained to do it there and am in constant pain once again,I think I need to change my doctors surgery quick smart

Absolute farce, telephone for an appointment, yes you can do that, if you want to spend hours holding on listening to messages saying, you are 30th in the queue, once got down to sixth in the queue, only to be cut off as the surgery closed, Doctors never arrive in time so are always running late, so are in a hurry to catch up and never have time to listen to your problem ( your only allowed to have one), Doctors don?t bother to read your notes so have no clue about your previous problems, they should be reported to the GMC.

Ordered my prescription early as going on holiday,totally ignored,no e-mail or phone call as to why they were not going to be done.So delayed my going away,total inconvenience for both my partner and myself.Completely and utterly inconsiderate as enough stress organising just getting away ,without this added aggravation .Not like they were not given enough time (over a week).Also since this merger ,it has gotten a whole lot worse,in every aspect.
