Wanted ride on 4x4 for my grandson they had none in stock but arranged one to be delivered from their warehouse. Staff very helpful. Massive selection of children's toys. Well worth a visit.

Asked this guy twice for help with a large item off a shelf that?s pretty high. Firstly he didn?t hear me. Second time I spoke louder and he said he would get another member of staff that could help. (At this point he was on his phone texting away hiding). So I wondered down the aisle in front of him while waiting for this ?member of staff to assist?. Only for me to go back to him around 3 or 4 minutes later and he was STILL texting away giggling to himself. I said to him about this item. To which he made out that no one heard him. (He didn?t even attempt to call for anyone as I was watching him the entire time) So I asked why he couldn?t do it himself) Then his reply was ?I have other duties to attend to?.. so I put my entire basket of stuff down in front of him and proceeded to leave the store. I won?t shop in a store that the staff look miserable, don?t bother helping and looks like they would rather be at home. Absolutely appalled.

The security guard in there, thinks hes guarding grown men from robbing a bank when infact he stands at end of isle crossed arms creepily staring at your child, my child said hes creeping me out, so i sais to a woman worker hes wierd, she then proceeded to tell him we had called him wierd then she accused of them shoplifting....lining there pockets???? Which they didnt, and that my kids were wreaking havoc and been anywhere but with me, its a toy shop and tjey wer looking round pretending to shop eith a toy trolley.... not causing any issues, my adhd/autistic daughter opened a tiny toy and gave it to the lady and apologized as wanted to see the content of the blind bag and i said id pay for it, she snatvjed it out my daughters habd. The security guard is a low grade boy who thinks hes big scaring lil kids making them uncomfortable, hes not scary hes wierd. Tthe so called lady was a trouble maker and rude.ansnyths need to change there staff, there a bunvh of untrained school drop outs and rude. I wont be back they need sacking.

Absolute garbage I tried to return a console to them and they wouldn?t take it cause the box cereal number and console cereal number is different absolutely ridiculous and they treated me like garbage as well

Sally has been absolutely amazing helping my daughter and I chose car seats for our cars. Both wanted the same one originally but the one my daughter got wouldn't fit in my car. She talked us through all the different seats and was extra patient with us. Would definitely recommend her. Many thanks Sally.

Usually a good shop but service was lacking today. They opened another till and asked for the next customer yet started serving random people. A minor annoyance but still, I'll think twice before going back.

Great place for presents, and the stock levels are always good, it's just a shame the customer service desk (which is where I usually pay) are lacking customer service. I'm not sure the name of the chap, but he has a beard and is always quite rude, and a couple of times that I've been there he has been talking to another colleague while serving me throughout the entire transaction. It is a shame because there are 1 or 2 that are good.
