7 years ago we purchased our first house through Sandersons. Last year we decided to put the house on the market & thought we?d use them again & I?m very happy that we did.The team are always very easy to get hold of and are incredibly polite and helpful. They always kept us in the loop with what was going on and were professional at all times.I would like to give a special thank you to Shayna & Cherie for their help with our viewings. They were always on time for showings & I trusted them being in our house.And I?d also like to say thank you to Kerry for her expertise and dealing with the sale of the house. She made everything easy to understand, was always available to speak to and put us at ease during the experience.I would 100% recommend using Sandersons.

The purchase of the property which is now my home, was through Sandersons Ashford branch.I viewed the property a couple of times before putting in the offer the two ladies namely Jackie Alexander and Kerry Blue acted with exemplary professionalism.Once my offer was accepted I was not only kept informed of developments but was assisted in looking for local surveyors and solicitors.My queries were dealt with efficiently and as soon as possibleI?m happily settled into my new home and enjoying my new surroundings.I would have no hesitation in recommending Sandersons to family and friends if they were looking to buy in the areas Sandersons have their branchesThank you to all staff.

I cannot recommend Sandersons Estate agent enough for selling my father's house. They were simply amazing dealing with what was a difficult sale. They keep me informed and gave their advice each step of the way. I cannot thank them enough.They are a professional safe pair of hands in negationating and overseeing the sale of the house. I have been supported by Linda at Sandersons UK (Ashford) for the last couple of months and I cannot thank her enough for the hard work she has put in to make this process easier for us. Buying a property can sometimes be complicated and easily delayed, but with Linda's support who was on top of chasing documents, solicitors and answering all my questions, the process went so much smoother. I would also like to thank Shayna who has also supported me at the beginning of the process with all house viewings and answering questions. Excellent service and a super friendly team!

We bought our new house using Sandersons and we extremely pleased with the service they provided. There were a number of issues that could have resulted in the purchase falling through and without their help sorting them out that would have happened.They were always contactable and responded quickly. When necessary they were proactive keeping everything moving,Our particular thanks to Cherie who went way beyond what I would have expected. She always replied rapidly, even on Sundays.

Jackie Alexander at Sandersons is easily the best estate agent out of the many we have experienced whilst searching for a property in Kent. Sandersons were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. From valuation to sale negotiation right through to completion we were kept informed and cared for throughout. This is a 'people first' company, you are not just a number. Special shout outs to: Jackie for her continuous client care, checking in and keeping us informed and always with a friendly voice, Joe for his efficiency and information sharing, he is super on the ball, Cherie for her kindness and care; she kept us informed and contacted as and when action was needed, she was 100% in control of our sale and finally to Charlotte who in the last few days went over and above to get us to an exchange place.
