Having spent 6 months looking for new luggage and not really knowing what we wanted we ended up in the Ashford Samsonite store. The salesman, Joe was so helpful, explaining the pros and cons of all the different styles of suitcase. He was keen to understand our travel style so he could advise us which style of luggage would suit us best. We finally bought suitcases and cabin bags and are very happy with our purchases. Joe worked so hard for us I was surprised to learn he didn't receive commission. Thank you Joe.

Great customer service and support. Broken lock on existing suitcase which was resolved very quickly in store. Highly recommend you buy your suitcase and travel requirements from here

Unfortunately really unhappy with my experience today.\\n\\nSpent £115 on a \\\"New\\\" bag to get home and find it's used - in one pocket I found a half packet of tissues, in a other i found a old phone charger, I gave up looking and returned it for a refund.\\n\\nThe shop assistants was always polite, but a brand with these prices, really left me not impressed. I felt like I was being scammed by selling me a second hand bag. Yes the bag should of been checked, but does that mean this is a second hand shop instead of brand new?\\n\\nSamsonite now lost me as a customer and will shop elsewhere - to be honest you could most likely match their prices online.\\n\\nDon't like leaving negative reviews, especially as the staff was helpful and kind, but will not return to this brand anymore.
