Popped in last week to ask if I could be booked in to rectify a fault (blown fuse) in my rear left tailgate lights. Reid not only fitted me in the same day, but also ensured I got home safely while they worked on my car. Accurate quote received just two hours later, they kept my car overnight at my request and it was ready for collection the following day at 1pm. All genuine parts. The bulb started playing up this week, so popped down for a check - the bulb had blown (no fault of theirs) and they replaced it free of charge. Faultless and above 5 star service. Now my go-to garage!

Booked in quickly for a clutch and flywheel replacement for an Audi A5. Exceptional service, communication and customer experience was 10/10. Would definitely return and recommend for any vehicle / motorcycle needs.

My first visit to RKH and for an MOT of all things. I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere and level of service and assistance throughout. Pleasant and clean waiting area with friendly conversation. I will definitely be back. Big thanks to all.

Fixed my car that was in limp mode for 2 months , used 2 Ashford based mobile mechanics and would never use them again has they were the worst, but thankfully RKH have managed to have my car back to full health and driving like a new car

Although there had been a very large mistake made with the work being carried out on my partners car, I can not fault the service we received, and the lengths that RKH went to whilst resolving the issue were to be commended

Went to have 4 wheel alignment travelled from Canterbury on the back of the info on their own site with ref to the alignment machine they use..Asked for a 4 wheel alignment via email.I asked again as long as the wheel is straight and it drives straight.Got charged for the 4 wheel service to achieve a car that should drive square.Asked the tech when I was paying is the wheel straight and does it drive straight ? His words were yes it drives fine?Drove down the motorway after and found the car to be pulling to the rightAnd the steering wheel was still off centre.I took it to another centre and got told the alignment was out and the toe? was off on the front so both wheels were pointing to the right.The rear camber bolts are also seized so there was no way any adjustment could of been made?I suggest further training for staff as things wereSimply not done correctlyI must add they did offer a full refund straight away.Service: Wheel alignment

Went to this garage as it is literally around the corner from my house. Had heard good reviews online and from the neighbours. Was pleasantly surprised on walking into reception on how clean and tidy and professional it looked. Very friendly staff and was made to feel welcome. Left my pride and joy with them overnight for tyres and an annoying brake noise. The following day went to collect and the tyres were done, but the brakes were not... as they said they didn't need replacing as they were fine! What a refreshing surprise that they didn't change them anyway and just take my money!! The tyres were also cheaper than elsewhere! So bonus! However, I drive like a nutter and the noise was still there under heavy braking, so took the car back after the weekend and left it again... everyone took the car out and could not replicate my speed freak nature, so on collection I replicated the noise (complete with facial expressions) in reception and the car was taken in then and there to try moving the brake shields.... Low and behold that's all it was! and no charge!!! (they must have felt sorry for me and my gurning!). Anyway, thoroughly thrilled with the service and kindness.. I will be taking my cars (yes I have more than one) back for sure. Thanks guys! You will be sick of me! Francesca. x

we need more stars to rate rkh adequately !!!! Anyway i have been using rkh for some years now and i still couldn't recommend a better garage than this one. not only do they go beyond what they need to, they do it without hesitation. usually rkh staff dont work weekends but i was on holiday and needed to pick my van up before Monday ! Thankfully the receptionist (Toni) said she would come from home to get me my keys ( regardless of her weekend plans ) and all without hesitation. And even when the news isn't what is expected Toni is so welcoming and accommodating at her job :) she really does pay a benefit to rkh and it is always noticed by the customers even when it isn't said out-loud. I couldn't be more grateful to have Toni help with my van troubles she always gets things resolved :) and even when i cant afford the upfront costs she is always 2 steps ahead... They really are a great family business and we need more of itThank-you so much Toni your a real treasure !!!!
