Lovely food. X 2 chicken skewers. X1 chicken jalfrezi. Different to the previous Riverside Inn, but just as nice and whilst some of the same food on the menu, which was popular, a lovely new blend of oriental as well. Very friendly. Well worth a visit.

Came here for a quite grab to eat, ordered a haddock and chips and definitely an Iceland meal there. It came and first thing we all looked at each other and thought yep frozen Iceland fish. Cost us £16!! Glad we didn't go for a large cod ..
It would have been awful for £18.
Drinks are OK if you're coming in for drinks, but don't recommend food!
Dog friendly in the bar and outdoor area.

Service was great. Welcoming and helpful. The food was very cash n carry which is fine if prices reflect that. Not the best meal I've ever had. Out with family. Burgers and ribs were said to be good but the rest of the meals were mediocre at best.

Lovely pub with lovely garden. Great for visiting after shopping at the outlet only a little walk over the bridge, great little find. Had the fajitas the portion was big and very nice. The staff are friendly too apparently there curries are amazing I will try that next time.

I recently visited The Riverside Inn and was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless super clean and well-maintained which immediately gave a great first impression. What really stood out to me was their spacious beer garden, offering beautiful views of the river. It?s the perfect spot to relax, especially being right next to the Designer Outlet ideal for a shopping break or a chill evening out.
Now let?s talk about the food: the fajitas were absolutely incredible honestly, the best I?ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, sizzling hot, and packed with flavor. I?ve had fajitas in a lot of places, but nothing quite compares to these. A big shoutout to Jake, who went above and beyond during my visit. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, even going out of his way to serve our drinks outside in the beer garden. His helpfulness and warm attitude really made the experience even better. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after.
Highly recommend this place if you're in the area great food, lovely atmosphere, and fantastic service!

Great Food, Great Value Highly Recommend!
We stopped by for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and value! I had the English breakfast, and it was a generous portion for a very reasonable price.
My friend ordered the chicken tikka baguette, which came with a side of chips and it was absolutely delicious! The baguette was packed with flavour, and for just £12, it?s honestly cheaper (and tastier) than a Subway meal, especially considering this is a proper sit down restaurant.
The service was excellent too very welcoming and attentive. We had a lovely time catching up with our friend in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Overall, we were really impressed and will definitely be coming back!

This place is run down and the food quality is very poor. We had an upset stomach and they refused to acknowledge any kind of goodwill gesture. Avoid this place. The pictures are very deceiving. This is probably the worst part of Ashford, don't be fooled.

Went for dinner last night it took 35 minutes for a platter of frozen food,everything had freezer burns and was over done.
Pub smelt of dirty oil and the bar lady was making us uncomfortable asking us to pay for drinks and food before eating or drinking.
Definitely tell there?s new owners

Awful. It was us and one other table so not busy at all for a Friday night. Food took ages, there was 4 of us and my food came to the table over 10 minutes before the rest of the tables food. My loaded fries were stone cold and the chilli chicken was just a basic bowl of slop for £12. Food here has never been 5 star but you always had a hot plate of average food for an average price, not anymore. Would give no stars if I could
