I?d give 0 if I could. Terrible terrible experience, apparently it?s so difficult to get an MOT without any trouble. Will not be returning and have told everyone I know to also not come here. Instead got my MOT at a lovely garage down the road, thank god for them because pro tyre is a shambles.

Absolute rubbish experience. My partner and I booked an MOT for 9:15am. We booked this test well in advance and turned up for the test. When we arrived there were two men at the desk, one of whom was on the phone and the other was twiddling his thumbs. We approached the staff member who was not busy and asked to be booked in and hand the key in. He said to wait for the other man on the phone and continued twiddling. 10 minutes later the other man got off the phone and told us that we were now too late for our appointment because he was on the phone! Terrible customer service with a clear lack of organisation in the company. Will not be coming back and wouldn?t recommend to anybody else if you don?t want your time wasted.

Protyre Ashford offered a best price and were able to order my tyre in and replace it the next day. They have also checked my other tyre as per my request.very happy customer.

Really happy with my experience getting new tyres , friendly helpful staff, booking my car in was simple and straightforward, the work done was excellent , a phone call when it was ready to be picked up .A big thank you to Ben and his team , I definitely recommend a visit.

Took my car to have the front wheels aligned as my car was pulling to the left when I got it back made absolutely no difference would have been nice to have a diagram on how the front wheels were aligned before and after, won't be using again

No problems with the servicing but have been given a nice little diagram telling me my tyres are 45% worn, even though they were brand new tyres fitted two weeks prior. Apparently this is a constant theme going by reviews, so be careful. I thought the team were very nice but has got me questioning the genuineness of this company.

This is a ZERO star review. Booked an appointment to have 2 tyres changed. Sat in reception and waited 1hour 40 mins with no explanation. What is the point of booking an appointment? I won?t be using this company again.

Great service, friendly staff, and the mechanics are very professional. I had my tyres changed as the tread was getting low, and they didn't disappoint. They were very reasonable too, cheaper than black circles and anyone else around. I'll be going back to get my other two tyres done for sure. 5/5 for me.

Great service with every visit. I?ve had a few hiccups with my car but Ben and Jodie have been extremely professional, helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Definitely recommend the garage!
