We needed somewhere to stay near the tunnel. Premier Inns have always been great in the past and Ashford North provided the same experience as others. Room was exceptionally clean and everything worked with noting loose. Quiet room, comfortable bed and good temperature so it was another great stay. Restaurant was good and we enjoyed our meal. A USB socket would have been useful. I look forward to staying at Premier Inn again in the near future.

The hotel was up to the normal good standard. the evening meal and the staff was lovely. Then we went for breakfast, could not see any orange juice and when i asked the waitress i get a we have run out. So i suggested a bottle from behind the bar and was told NO . we then found out that the breakfast was no longer a buffet help yourself and therefore could not see anything beforehand. By the time it arrived the toast was cold and we had finished our hot drinks. It would be good to know if this system is now the normal at every Premier Inn or do we just have to avoid this one. i felt the attitude of the waitress was not good nor did she attempt to offer a alternative which was acceptable.

The bed was disgusting and collapsed I contacted premier in. Showed them the photo and never heard anything more (guaranteed good night sleep I think not ) it was impossible to get through to customer services and when I did they where not helpful at all

Hotel was as expected, the breakfast let this one down. Lacking in quality and quantity for the continental breakfast and a much needed improvement required on the service. Would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money for breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained, just allowed Motorbikes to use the disabled parking bays which was unnecessary and not on.

Great setting, very clean and comfortable. Staff really helpful. Nice and quiet as well. Food available at Beef Eater next door, recommend the £25.99 package for meal and breakfast, real bargain and great food. Lots if parking, highly recommended

Good value for money in close proximity to the euro tunnel, The room was good size with sufficient bed for 3, the room was warm and relief on a dusty fan for air conditioning. The beefeater was clean and warm environment:

Nice location, easy access, good friendly restaurant with good standard fare and cheerful, helpful staff. We used this place as a stoop off for the channel tunnel and it was perfect. We have stayed in Ashford south premier inn before, but we think we?ll continue to use Ashford north into the future. Kids loved the meal!

Stayed out of necessity, the hotel was old and cramped. Up selling all through the stay from early check in for an extra 10ner or to swapping skinny chips to chunky ones. We had to wait for our table although we had booked, The portion sizes were small unless you were upsold extra veg or salad

We stayed at Ashford North Premier Inn with our family (12 of us in all) and were really happy with our experience. The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff very helpful and efficient. We had an evening meal and full breakfast in The Woolpack pub which was attached and the food was really good and the service was too. Best stay so far at one of these hotels.

We used this hotel I order to rest before an early tunnel booking. Lady on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and was so on every encounter (popping in and out) We left the hotel around 5am so cannot comment on breakfast as we didn?t eat. However there were yea making facilities in the room that we couldn?t access as the kettle was awful, full of what I assume to be limescale. Also only one plug point worked in the room and there was an awful smell of drains/damp in the bathroom. We wouldn?t personally use this hotel again. We have not had these issues previously using premier Inn

We have used this Premier Inn for 20 years as a stop over to France and again on return at least 4 times a year for 20 years. However, we will have an electric car by early next year so will have to find a hotel with food on site which has car-charging facilities. The reluctance on behalf of Premier Inn to fit car chargers will affect many more customers I'm sure. This reluctance to move with times will see the demise of Premier Inn I fear.

We did not realise how far out of Ashford this Premier Inn was. No good for visiting the Kent coast, too difficult to get on to the M20! Our room very basic, no where really to put any thing. We had booked this room for ourselves and our grandson, bed was made up, but only two sets of towels and two beakers/glasses, but soon rectified. We have stayed in many Premier Inns, but this really needs a make-over.

we got a comfy, clean, decent sized room for our small family on the trip to the mainland. you get what you pay for. only real bother was no option to cool the room down. There is an Esso petrol station across the road which was great for late snacking and filling up on petrol.

I stayed here with my partner and son, as we had a wedding to attend. The airflow was awful and you could barely open the windows. My son became very ill due to the temperature of the hotel, my partner had to take him outside for half of the night. How they can expect babies, especially those with breathing issues to safely stay here is beyond me. A couple of staff members did try to help by providing an extra fan and ice. However we were refused the right to speak to management. I will not be returning.

Food great. Service great. Rooms a let down. Uncomfortable beds. Aging hotel which if had an update would be fantastic. No fridge in room. No iron in room. Other premier inns I have stayed in had these basics.
