Shocking hotel, and the breakfast was the worst breakfast

After travelling across Europe on a long holiday, you realise how you take the Premier Inn experience for granted in the UK.The check-in experience could not have been faster.The rooms are modern, the beds are goodThere was plenty of parkingThe location is only a few minutes drive from the Eurotunnel, so ideal for a stop over before an early morning departure.The food does not get good reviews here, but the breakfast we had was "OK" Funny enough you will be wishing for Premier Inn/Beefeater breakfast after staying in Germany chain hotels

Nice clean rooms, near town centre. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King n Beefeater all snuggled up in the same compound so spoilt for food choices! Ample parking, disabled access and parking ! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Easy check in.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Double room. However the family room is not as advertised as it has a pull out bed and the three beds are smuggly fitted beside each other with no space at all between them.Nearby activities: Town centre buzzing nearby with lots to doSafety: Feel safe hereWalkability: Places to take walksFood & drinks: More than you needNoteworthy details: Clean relaxing area

It was a nice typical premier Inn. I think its a bit dated now but the staff were lovely so I can't complain. Would stay here again just for convenience and ease. Ots close to some shops and fast food places as well as the cinema.

Got a good deal for the night that included a 2 course meal, glass of wine & breakfast next door in the Beefeater. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. No frills hotel in a good location on the M20 junction 9. Ideal as a break stop over if you are traveling to/from Europe.

Tv didn't work, it was as though the signal wasn't strong enough, every channel would just constantly glitch out, not helpful when you're trying to keep 3 kids happy, alternative was pay £5 for Internet, fortunately we had strong enough data signal (only just) on our phones to hotpot it. Location is good for the tunnel and being able to get some supplies at the Sainsbury's/Tesco or hot food at KFC/McD/Beefeater. Didn't really have to interact with the staff.

Just be aware if you are on the top floor to the right hand side as you look at the building you will hear what I believe was the aircon fans above you head, all night. But the staff and rooms were good.

Stayed in the Premier this weekend, and have stayed in loads over the years..Bit dissapointed with the room as very small and no bath as we've had in every hotel we've stayed in .room 30 was very noisy from traffic but we're being picky as the staff especially the manageress was so helpful and professional and the breakfast in the Beefeater was excellent as were the staff, don't think I'd stay here again without asking for a different room.

Staff were very friendly, place was clean but did not get a good nights sleep the whole stay. Windows need updating as this hotel is on a very busy road 24 hrs a day. I?ve said in many premier inns but won?t be returning to this one.

Oh wow !Travel the globe on my motorcycle.Checked in to this hotel prior to boarding the Eurotunnel. I parked my moto on a huge open space at the hotel. Some hotels invite me to park & leave my moto in the foyer. But.... I was suddenly surrounded by Premier Inn staff telling me "no" it's forbidden. You can't leave your moto there.It was in line with a push bike park. I was shocked at this. 5 staff surrounding me.I moved it into a car space. Which de-escalated the serious parking matter. ?Sad.

I stayed here for work. I had a great stay the staff were so friendly, helpful and very welcoming, always said hello in the mornings and greeted me in the evenings. I felt very comfortable, the hotel was lovely and clean and the room was great!

Pretty good experience, handy for if youre travelling on the ferry of chunnel and lots of chain food places nearby.Breakfast in the Beefeater was one of the best i've had.
