Purchased a jacket and some underwear. The guy on the till was to busy making stupid small chat he didn?t put the underwear in the bag. £30 wasted because he couldn?t do a basic job and put the item in a bag after charging us

Disappointed. First trip here was great and had a very helpful experience but when I came to exchange the items I bought as a gift for a smaller size I was told I would have to pay more as the price of these had increased. I challenged them and asked if my father had brought these back to exchange after Christmas whether he would?ve been asked to pay more?! I had a gift receipt! Luckily one of the managers overhead the conversation and I then exchanged these with no problem. Equally the young girl who served me had a raging attitude and I was greeted with an ?oh great? when I said I had an exchange.

Have shopped here for years and purchased quite a few bargains when the shop was in its old retail outlet, this has included polo's, jumper, coats and trainers a? at very good prices. But since they have opened this new shop everything has become moor expensive.

Charging more than original retail prices.A few times we have been over charged than what's on the label.Today, they tried charging more than originally retailed at.One jumper we picked up noticed a mark so grabbed another. Noticed one priced at now £52 was £72. The other jumper had a sticker over the top of this sying £83 was £115 but you can see through the sticker saying the original retail price is alot lower. I question this at the changing room. They just added a sticker on it to mark cheaper again.At the till they tried charging both Jumpers at £83.They couldn't explain to us why they are trying to charge more than the original retail price.It's disgusting.Looked around and alot of items are being over charged.Ment to be a outlet store cheaper old season clothing but they not. They charging more for last season cloths.

Was dissatisfied this time needed some trainer socks that's twice in the last month I've come and been let down also wanted some tee-shirts again alot of old stock nothing really jumped out at me just plain colours with small logo on had £200 to spend walked out with nothing come on guys/girls sort it out

People don?t want a 5 minute script the moment they walk into the store. Nor do they want 500 questions and more script at the till when paying- cashier was focusing so much on what she had to say she forgot to put one of our items (that she also overcharged us on!) in our bag which we have had to go back and retrieve along with a refund! Ridiculous. Men?s shirts not in any sort of order, v neck, crew neck, classic fit and slim fit all in the same pile so you have to trundle through the lot to find the one you want. Management unhelpful when we first phoned about the missing item said they would check CCTV and phone straight back- they didn?t bother so it took a second, more abrupt phonecall for someone to sort it instantly. We spend alot of money in this store but would now rather travel elsewhere.
