Claire and the team are world class. Every time I go in with my kids all the staff here are so caring, make you feel looked after and do anything to make the kids happy. Couldn't find a nicer team of people. I was in such a rush today and very busy for kids pizza hut lunch. Forgot to order items for myself as sorted the kids out. Claire and team just ran around constantly to help me out.

Visited yesterday for lunch with 2 of our service users to celebrate a birthday, the manager went above & beyond to help us, showing us kindness & making her day extra special! So a very big thankyou,sorry I didn't get your name but Thankyou from us ?

I was craving Pizza Hut Cheesy Garlic Bread and decided to get a takeaway order. I asked for additional cheese as I know the amount of cheese used has reduced significantly, I was willing to pay an additional charge for this but I was not able to do so as their system does not allow you to get extra cheese on the garlic bread. There was no leeway according to the lady at the counter because the computer system does not allow for it, so my suggestion would be to please add this to your computer system, Pizza Hut, or go back to adding a decent amount of cheese please. This time, it just didn't hit the spot?.

The staff is so friendly and accomodating every time we go, collecting orders is so speedy. The food is always so good. Highly recommend

We were staying at a nearby hotel, so popped in for an evening meal. Had a lovely time, food was good.

Haven't been to eat in for a while.
Used to be great but now ridiculously expensive. Ordering is via a qr code on the table with card only payments so no servers to take orders etc. App not easy to navigate and they have the nerve to ask for including a tip before you have actually had any service at all! Food itself was not great for the money in terms of toppings. The sides were not nice either. Cannot recommend for the price vs quality.

Horrible food. The pizza tastes like cardboard ice machine is mouldy. Salad bar is mixed up. The staff are rushing us asking us questions every 2 minutes. I would recommend to not come here and to go to Frankie's and bennies.
The staff also stare at you and try to get you to leave a tip.
DO NOT GO!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is shocking it?s dirty the cutlery was filthy there?s no etiquette here. The staff were all congregating at the tills and doing nothing. The fact that you have to pay upfront speaks volumes. The pizzas that came out were pale and uncooked. The deep pan was raw and stodgy. The price was totally ridiculous £55 for 2 awful pizzas. To top it off I had an upset stomach because it wasn?t cooked properly.

You have to order via an app as if it was a Just Eat take away. Not very easy to use either, we couldn't find the pizza we wanted on the menu in the app and were told that if it's not on the app then it's not available.
Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip at checkout... This is before you've had any food and there hasn't actually been any service. You order your own food on the app, you get the salad yourself from the salad bar. You get your own drinks and ice cream from the stations... asking for a tip is utterly ludicrous!
Barely saw any staff other than when they delivered the pizza. Seating was also uncomfortable as the table and chair was bolted to the floor.
Not a pleasant dining experience, they are more interested in reducing their costs and maximizing their turnover.

Fast service from pleasant staff., order via app at the table and pay. Decent amount of salad available. Pizza was tasty and well cooked.
