The shop's outlet refused to give a refund, although the item was returned in time, with tags. Very disappointed.

Phase Eight was the first store we visited on 30/05/2024, for a mother of the groom outfit. The choice in this store was amazing and, we felt comfortable as soon as we stepped into browse, being greeted with a smile and hello from the staff.
I picked out a few outfits in no time, and was invited to have them hung in a changing room while still browsing.
The customer service received from Jitlea and Alexa was truly outstanding, going above and beyond customer service I?ve received in a long time. Suggestions were made, even looking up on your app for me to see if other sizes were available to order. At no time did I feel rushed or, a nuisance for taking my time.
I came away with a beautiful dress, shoes and, a jacket on order.
What a truly wonderful shopping experience given by Jitlea & Alexa, I can?t thank you enough.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I would like to thoroughly recommend this shop. I do not enjoy shopping and needed to find an outfit to wear to a wedding so decided that Ashford Outlet was a good place to start. I went into Phase Eight first shop and found that the staff were extraordinarily helpful, suggesting outfits, bringing clothes to the dressing room for me to try. They gave honest opinions as to what worked for me and what didn't. I have ended up with a fantastic outfit which, to be honest, without help, I wouldn't have even thought to try on. I did walk around the rest of the shops but found nothing to even come close to the outfit I found in Phase Eight. Thank you again for your help and inspiration!

Fantastic shop, the staff are amazing. They made me feel very welcome, left me to browse and offered help when they could see I was struggling to find the right outfit for my shape.Jo was fantastic and totally honest with what did or did not look right.It has got to be my best shopping experience yet and I will definitely be returning, purely due to the honesty of the staff.

Jo in the ashford outlet store was super helpful and went over and above to help me with a wedding outfit, Jo was very knowledgeable and gave lots of suggestions on colours to pair with the outfits I was looking at. whilst the store didn?t have the size I needed Jo got these ordered and items will be delivered to home address.
