We gave Pets at Home Ashford a call, and within minutes, they confirmed they had only a couple of small bags available and would happily hold on to them if we could collect them within a few hours. We arrived within the agreed time frame for collection. They confirmed our name, went and got the food from the storage room, and even took it to our car. Very helpful and friendly, and would definitely return if the need arises. Perfect....”
