Staff are lovely, store is clean and tidy, cabinets are well stocked and smear free. They will always check for items you are looking for if it's not out and suggest either more options or ordering to store. Never had a problem ?

I popped into Pandora twice on Friday 22nd Dec 2023. The first time was interesting, the girl wasn't particularly helpful and told me she should have gone home 10 minutes earlier anyway the 2nd time I went in, I dealt with 2 ladies (I think one was a manager) and they both couldn't be more helpful. I had an incident and explained to them what had happened and they were so kind and generous and it put my faith into mankind. In fact my bottom lip went and I had to give them both a hug. Thank you Ladies, your thoughtfulness is very much appreciated xx

Helpful friendly staff who were able to update me on the recent changes with the Pandora brand, which was nice. Some of the charms that were on show needed a little polish as they were tarnished, which was a shame as it made them not lo0k so nice. access good for wheelchairs and staff happy to help you find what you wanted
