I shouldn't have worried, because went I returned to the store a very helpful and pleasant member of staff named WILL explained to me that if I returned with a bank statement showing the payment he could exchange the product. He even put my name on the replacement product too reserve it for me. When I returned to the store I was speaking with a young ladie as I didn't see WILL, but he had seen and remembered me. WILL took ownership of the transaction which was very straightforward even pleasant and this was soley due to WILL's excellent customer service.He is a credit to your company.”
