Perhaps staff should have more training on assisting disabled customers.
Basically, if you have a disability that prevents you from using the every label printer, no one in the shop is apparently allowed to assist you, so you cannot post your parcels there.

She has obviously had a bad life to abuse customers the way she did even telling me to F.Off and the other young man working in the shop couldn't believe she said it and kept apologising for her potty mouth...

Sometimes a good shop depending on who is on the tills but there's one member of staff (Karen) that seems to have a problem with customers and other members of the staff and is awful at customer services but yet after making complaints to management nothing has seemed to happen

Went into use the Evri machine and it wasn?t working again? this isn?t the shops fault but was told by a member of staff (older lady blonde bob) that every Evri machine in ashford was out I called little Tesco?s in trinity road and there machines are fine. Might just be that she was misinformed but really needed the parcel sent so did cause a slight drama.

Unbelievable entitled member of staff who when throwing his authority and weight around and is countered with a reasonable and polite explanation accuses patrons of shouting at him and being aggressive!! Explaining to him the puppy (9 weeks old) I was carrying was an assistance dog in training who?s licence (and paraphernalia) was arriving on Friday, I was met with being accused of raising my voice at him (Conor) and shouting. I was doing none of the sort only responding at the same tone and level he gave me. I explained to him that I had customer services experience and it was common to throw the move he was pulling on a patron when he had no comeback and wanted to fluster the customer, only to be told that I would have to agree to disagree with him as he felt intimidated because I was incredibly aggressive!!?? He obviously hasn?t met an aggressive customer yet! Not sure how countering his accusation makes me aggressive but it certainly he has made me angry now as not once did any of what he claims happened happen and my understanding of customer service was that one had a respectful conversation with patrons (who are paying your salary!) and find a mutual and acceptable understanding and solution. Conor you have a lot to learn about customer service young man!! Would give you no stars but that?s not possible!

Very rude member of staff. Whenever I've gone in there and asked for my parcels, she has such an attitude, and it's true, it all depends on her attitude how you'll receive your parcel!I asked for my parcel at the till and then she rudely asked me to step to the side, the shop floor was quite busy, so I waited to get my parcel, but then she had the cheek to roll her eyes at the customer behind, just because I asked if I can have my parcels...I've been here for over 6 years and there have been sone lovely staff over the years, she by far the worse!!

Very rude member of staff, obviously doesn't like/agree dealing with Hermes parcels. ALWAYS grumpy!! Won?t always take the parcels. Depends on her mood!! Shame because quite a nice little shop just put off by MISERY GUTS!! Yes, you and your colleagues ALL know who you are!!

Only really use this shop for Hermes parcels, as I dont live in that area. Usually great customer service; service with a smile and all that...... apart from yesterday (Sunday 5th Dec)!! The woman in there didn't smile, barely spoke and literally threw my hermes receipt down on the counter..... very rude ?

Very rude customer service , racist behaviour. I was talking to my friend and the lady shouted at me saying I should come closer to him while I talk to him, I didn?t end up purchasing from the store.
