OK but be careful that they do not add little cost on , also the Guru's are OK with easy things but are lost with anything complicated, not to good on after sales or advise, get every think in writing before purchasing

Given incorrect information on the phone resulting in a wild goose chase to the shop for no reason. No effort to go the extra mile for a long standing customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. O2 needs to have better communication between its call centres and local O2 shops. (when I say better I really mean "some")
