Changing my review from the last time. From 5 stars to 2.I've never usually had a problem here in the past, however, today was a different experience.I went to exchange some cash to store for emergencies abroad, just a small amount. I will be taking cash with me in GBP and using my Debit card for transactions; I needed cash in that currency just for emergencies. I may not even need to use it.Female at the counter scoffed at me, and said "is that it?". All I needed was the cash. Not her attitude. Her knowledge is appreciated, but I was there for one small thing and needed it done in a hurry. Really left with a bad taste in my mouth.We do travel a lot, for leisure. I am only travelling for medical purposes this time and this is why I needed the small amount of cash.Will be heading to the other currency exchange place in the mall moving forward.

I went in today as my last chance of getting some Japanese Yen before my trip, the young lady behind the counter was super efficient, very welcoming, and I managed to get what I wanted within 5 minutes. Top notch service at ashford Kent branch.
