New Look Ashford ? absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. I was treated like a liar and a thief over a £26 skirt that didn?t fit, despite having my receipt and being well within the returns policy.
The staff ? especially one rude, older woman ? were beyond disrespectful. I was publicly accused of washing and wearing the item (complete nonsense), humiliated in front of my children, and made to feel like a criminal. When I came back to get the staff member?s name, they stood around laughing and rolling their eyes at me ? like playground bullies, not professionals.
I work full time, pay my taxes, and have more integrity than that entire staff put together. New Look, you should be ashamed of yourselves for employing people who treat customers like trash.
I?ll never spend a penny with you again ? and I?ll make sure everyone I know hears about this disgusting experience.
