After queuing up at the cashier, the lady said to sit down and someone will be with us to change address, after waiting 30 minutes and the bank empty , went back up to the cashier who changed my address for me anyway? All while the lady at the front was chatting away

Always Friendly and accommodating and remember a face . Someone is always there to greet you unlike another bank where you go in and stuck in a machine. Well Done Nationwide

Must be the only bank/building society that doesn't allow you to take out money in the form of coins. I only needed like £20 in 50p's, £20 in 20p's and £40's in pound coins, they refused saying they bank all their coins daily so they don't have any. Aren't they a bank/building society? Very odd
