Lovely food. As ever.
Gave 4 for service, not 5 as was asked if we would split our party of 7 into table of 4 & 3.
Overall was good service.
Nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff, food was lovely. I had as takeaway and the only reason I?m giving 4 stars if that everything comes in small boxes so hard to eat when in a hotel room.

Nandos is a firm favourite of mine. It's always consistent, tasty and the staff are always friendly. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it was freezing inside. The door was kept open as there was a long queue which meant the cold air was blowing through the restaurant.

Really impressive for the start of the year !!!!! Excellent all over and extremely clean everywhere. Service brilliant - great job everyone - keep it up !!!!!! Parking free as part of cinema & restaurant park.

Terrible service. Food was ordered on the app which is highly encouraged at this Nando?s. Food didn?t come it was until we enquired about the whereabouts l. No apologies given. When I complained no one seemed to care. I never do reviews but I feel like I was forced to with this kind of service. On top of that the food served was cold. Well done Nando?s Ashford.

Just had a family dinner for 7 of us staff were really friendly patient and helpful the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious at the end the wonderful waiting staff helped box our leftovers to take home really lovely experience ? Merry Christmas ? ?

First ever visit to a Nando's as we don't live in the UK. Was very busy on a Sunday ( 8th of December)evening, however Danny , who was dealing with arrivals found us a table very quickly and explained how the system worked.
Helped by the lovely Amelia on the till when we ordered. She explained the different sauces etc and drinks.
Overall was good. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced hot food- on a cold and wet December evening it was very welcome
Only slight problem was the noise but was very busy so that can be easily excused
