Bought a suit from Moss and the trousers were ripped. Returned the next day but they refused to replace it and only offered repair, saying it was ?dirty? even though I never wore it. Now I have to go back multiple times for their mistake. Very poor service and not what I expected from Moss.

Popped in this evening to grab some clothes for our holiday. I was greated by a young g gentlemen at the door. He also helped whilst I tired some items on at the fitting rooms. However as soon as I got to the till the young lad serving didn?t even look up and acknowledged that we was there. No questions asked just this is how much it is and card? No thank you either. Disappointing. Tbh I was going to buy a suit for a wedding in September but I think I?ll give it a miss now.

Went in today for a suit for graduation, Holly helped us find what we were looking for, gave great advice about fit and even down to aftershave recommendations!
Absolutely very impressed with the suit and attention to detail and expertise Holly has. Very refreshing to see someone enjoy their job, and pass that enthusiasm onto others!

Came into the store looking for a suit, for a friends wedding and was greeted by Louis, who was very helpful. He gave me some great recommendations and even gave me some measurements to help find the best fitting suit. I walked away extremely happy with a great suit and customer service.

Came to order a suit for my wedding, went for a custom made suit which I was really happy with.
Everyone I dealt with was fantastic but particular shout out to Calvin who went above and beyond to make sure the suit was perfect! Calvin is a real asset to the store, look forward to coming back in the future.

Calvin, Eleanor and Paul all went above and beyond to assist me in what I thought would be a stressful experience. It turned out to be the exact opposite! Answered all of my queries, helped me with the process and were just all around kind and genuine people. Kudos to all three!

Friendly staff but if you are ordering a tailor made suit make sure you have two fittings?I made a mistake and ordered a suit but when I came to collect it, both the waist and sleeves were not quite right they did offer to alter it but I had no time?.its not really their fault but I will need to pay to get it altered elsewhere :(
