Mockford and Hunt were absolutely incredible with our house move. I can?t praise them highly enough. The sale of our house was not straight forward at all, was extremely stressful most of the time and Tim was fantastic with his communication and made us feel so comfortable. I could update him at 10pm, and he would reply with updates at all hours when I never expected such high standards. I?m really grateful for Tim?s hard work and determination to get us across the finish line. Everything was 11/10. Thank you so much again!

Have to say I have known Tim for many years now and his knowledge of the local housing market never ceases to amaze me. I have not met another agent in all me years with more integrity, local market knowledge and customer service. Some are as good, but in my opinion no one better. At the very least you should have a conversation with him or his team before deciding upon an agent.

Superb service from start to finish.I am relatively new to house buying and selling, as this was my second home purchase. Unfortunately we had a very complicated and difficult chain, however, these estate agents helped us through all the drama to make it as smooth as possible. Small details such as a WhatsApp group that is viewable at most hours of the day by the team for any queries means that these guys are worth the money... I feel that with a "normal" estate agents, the communication would simply be nonexistent. This was apparent from my observation of the other estate agents involved in the chain. I cannot reccommend Tim, Charlotte and Francis enough!

Tim and the team are great. We always had a healthy amount of viewings even in a tricky market. I also appreciated how honest and communicative they were throughout the process, never more than a phone call away. Can?t recommend Mockford and Hunt enough.

From the time we first engaged with Mockford and Hunt to the time we managed to sell our house, we felt like they had nothing but our best interest in mind. I got the feeling that they genuinely cared about what was best for us, even if it wasn't always best for them.They worked hard to sell our house and they were very good at keeping us informed of the progress of it. They were always very polite and personable in their communications. On top of this, they helped to steer us through the selling process to go through the process in an efficient manner. We found them to be very proactive all around.I honestly can't find any fault with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through the house selling process.

Estate agent of the future, putting the client first and regular updates. Tim got more than asking price and our sale within a week. Charlotte drives the paper work through and is constantly making calls to save you the stress of not knowing what's happening. Any question is answered straight away and Tim, Frances and Charlotte are always on hand with a wealth of knowledge. these three knock other estate agents out the water. more than highly recommended thanks guys for all your hard work

The best estate agents ever (probably not only in Ashford)! ? Tim, Frances and Charlotte were the agents we were buying a house with and we couldn?t have hoped for a more professional team to support us.Once our offer on the house was accepted, we were added into a conversation on WhatsApp, which was a super easy and less formal way to ask questions and communicate.They had always had everything under control, knew what was going on with the chain, were chasing whoever needed to be chased and helped us push for the answers when losing a house started becoming a real threat.They know how to make the buying/selling situation as please and smooth as possible.
