I changed to Miles and Barr after only getting 2 viewings in 5 and half months from the previous agent. In less then 2 months I sold my property with Miles and Barr.James was very helpful in explaining all the details of the T&C.Katie and Craig have been great with showing the prospected buyers around my home.Katie, has been in constant communication regarding the sale and keeping me up to date of how things are moving along.Great team, very friendly and helpful. :-)

I had a really bad experience during the negotiation process - as a first time buyer I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I was lied to by the agent (Joe Bull) . He was very rude and I even caught him in a lie regarding the seller (and how they wouldn't want to sell to me) after I mentioned a crack in the wall - one that the seller pointed out to me themselves. This made me lose all trust in him and worried me about the entire process. I felt that my naivety was exploited as a first time buyer. I get it's the intention of the agent to get as much money out of the buyer, but what happened to empathy and kindness?However, after the offer was accepted I was transferred to a new agent who saw me through the solicitor/enquiry/completion process. They replied to all emails promptly and even during the late evening which made me feel as though they were going above and beyond for me. (Louise Daly). She made me feel really comfortable and listened to.Thank you Louise for saving my first house buying experience, just such a shame Joe made the experience so sour.
