When I arrived there was no record of my service and MOT appointment and I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available and there was nothing more they could do. I urgently needed an MOT as mine had run out while I was away on holiday. I explained this but was still told there was nothing they could do. I then left the showroom and rang to ask to speak to a manager. At this point they said they were trying to sort out the issue. They did manage to fit me in but I know if I had not called they would just have ignored me.

Having worked in car rental for many years, I had the opportunity to be in contact with several dealerships and drive different brands of cars. The Mercedes has always been a favorite but I've never had one as my personal car.Yesterday I brought mine home and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The service at Mercedes provided by Joe Halford was fantastic, professional and sincere without the usual small talk that we are all used to, he understood what we needed, what we could buy and what we liked and so the experience became really positive and fun. Five stars for Joe Halford ??????????Five Stars for this Car Dealership service and facilities.

I bought a used c-class from this dealership in July 2023 after conducting extensive research across difference places across the country. I was impressed with the service provided, in particular when dealing with Aaron who made the experience very efficient and pleasant. We agreed on the price over the phone and after paying the deposit I was sent all the forms over email so that I could drive the car away with the minimum of fuss and a time of my choosing. As I travelled by fast train from London, Aaron even kindly picked me up from Ashford International station, and the whole process took less than 30 mins, the majority of which was inspecting the car, inside and out. The condition of the car was in great condition, including tyres and interior - as you would expect when buying a Mercedes - and it matched the online advert. The car came with a 3 month warranty and 3 month RAC cover which gave added peace of mind that it wasn't just a good deal of paper. I would definitely use this place again. There is no hard sell as the cars sell themselves and they are come at a good price.

Rachael and Daniel were brilliant when my car had to go in for a service and then have subsequent repairs. A courtesy car was arranged for me, it was even dropped off by Ben. I was informed every step of the way as to the position.Nothing was too much trouble I have used other MB service outlets in the passed but Ashford is by far the best in my opinion.

Joe Halford has been absolutely amazing! From the very get go, he has gone above and beyond to make my experience with Mercedes both enjoyable and as smooth as possible. I can not fault his professionalism and eagerness to deliver the best quality customer service. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he was able to resolve any problems that arose and the reassurance he gave me throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes.
