My husband and I had an appointment at the bank today in Ashford.
On entering the bank 2 members of staff who actually remember us by name greeted us.Then we were met by the young man with whom we had the appointment.
He was so helpful and sorted what we went to do and more besides.
He was very thorough and explained everything. Excellent thsnkyou

The branch experience today was poor again. Tries to use the machine to pay in cash but that errored! Joined a long queue to get to the counters where 1 person was serving and multiple "supervisors" were trying to count cash. No care about the queue, such a poor experience. If paying in cash you are better off going to the post office which is what I ended up doing and a much better personal experience

I went there to pay in money one time and the lady showed me how to use the machine and even made conversation I was interested in! She was very helpful and helped me save time. When I got my bank card, it took a little longer then they said it would but it was worth it! When I had trouble buying something online, they were helpful and helped me get it fixed. 5 stars out out 5!

today i went to take account..the manager on duty was sooo helpful .actualy i walked from barclys bank on broken heart of the staff rude attitude.but when i walked to this bank.it was welcoming.the manager was a guy forgten the name .so kind person ..thankyou sooo much lloyds for keeping kind hearted peopl on duty..was soo happy to take an account...i alwyz suggest this bank to my frdz toothankyou lloyds
