I had a fantastic experience at the branch this morning. Graham Spencer-Brown was my first point of contact?he listened carefully to my account query and quickly connected me with Sarah Tome. Sarah was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and completed the process much faster than I expected. Both Graham and Sarah were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

I have been a HSBC customer for more than 10 years and this bank in Ashford is at no help useless bank I have ever been to only one person is working to help customers everything is machine that will not help during emergency it will take 1 hour to wait to speak to someone only for them to say my colleague will help you in a bit could you wait 20min but in reality you have to wait more than 1 hour because no staff what?s the point of this bank might just close it and put ATM machine that?s all there is anyway hopefully to anyone else see this review find it helpful don?t waste your time coming here find another HSBC branch you will waste your time coming here specially when you are in urgent need of help

The staff here are friendly, professional and helpful? and have been put into a very unfair position. What they can do they will do with efficiency and a smile.
But this isn?t a branch of a bank any more. It is a room in which various self-service machines are kept, and the staff talk you through using the machines. If you have anything out of the ordinary then it is a fifteen-mile trip to Canterbury or Maidstone?

I'm so grateful for the wonderful staff at HSBC Ashford branch. Claire has helped me a number of times over the 5 years I've been living in Ashford. From consolidating my debts to make them more affordable to helping me finance my first motorcycle!Recently though, I popped in to ask for help moving funds to buy my first property and had the lovely Claire and new staff member Joel help me out. What a happy and helpful team. Highly recommend and hope to be using this HSBC branch for many years to come. Thank you Claire and Joel!!!

I'm seriously thinking this bank has become hollowed out by getting rid of counter staff replacing them with passive aggressive staff and to top it off the only machine in the building that you deposit cash in has been out of action for nearly a week and the only way to deposit money is to go to a post office very disappointing your own bank cba
