The offers during the boxing day sales were good however the store was a total mess. It appeared that there were equal amounts of clothing on the floor being walked on as there were items on the racks. The items that were hung up we so tightly squashed onto racks I could see why the store descended into chaos shortly after it opened. (Bear in mind I walked into the store after it had only been open for 1 hour)If you are looking for good prices then great however good luck trying to find what you want. My whole group expressed the same issues. They walked in and came out empty handed and generally disappointed.

If you don't already know, Hollister occupies the old Gap location. It's a shop offering great variety and excellent prices. The jeans, for example, come in a variety of leg lengths as well as styles and waist measurements. I bought some 'Skinny Stretch' 29x30 ones for £27.30. They fit perfectly. Bargain!!

Oh dear. If you are a reasonably intelligent and sentient being...like myself... avoid this store at all costs as its policies will evoke an almost allergic like reaction...such are their stupidly and lunacy. Went in today with my 15 year old daughter. First display ....prime placement in the store entrance is a set of manikins. One had a sweater on. My daughter adored it. Turned out it was the only one in the store in the preferred colour and right size. The sales assistant informed us ..after a lengthy investigation on some hand held device...that it was available online....and that as it was the one on the manikin couldn't be sold. In almost the same breath and more finger swiping he then said that it would not be coming back in to stock.Do I have to point out the obvious?1. You are a business that makes money by selling stuff.2. If it is not something you have any more of to sell now or will do again in the future why does it occupy prime retail space??We'd have been very happy to have taken the one from the manikin...had a satisfactory shopping experience and been a customer again.Instead we went and spent £250 in your competitors store.... and I'll never spend a penny with your brand again.Felt sorry for the employee...only a young lad...he seemed embarrassed...but thenagain...we all chose our gigs!

Disappointed! When I asked where I can find jeans like on a mannequin, I was told to go look somewhere there. When I searched for it I told the assistant there is no jeans like that, the assistant looked in the system and said that they did not have them. So I asked to try on those from the mannequin, he refused to take them off. And this is not the first time..Disappointed with customer service!

It is lovely and big and cheap, my only criticism is the lack of Gilly Hicks items. I will definitely come back and spend longer trying items on. There is a wide variety of clothing, some is shelved by style and some is shelved by size. There are men's clothing and women's clothing available. Everything is reduced because it is an outlet store.

Bought a winters parka and its so soft on the inside, was supposed to cost £109 but I got it for just £44! The only thing, I would have rather the pockets had been straight so I could keep my phone in them safely.. But overall very satisfied and will be returning for a spring coat.

Large Hollister outlet store located by the pedestrian access walkway. Good range of clothes and great prices with further reductions on the already marked down prices. Friendly and helpful staff.
