I would suggest some Re- training for a Lady in glasses aged 70+ at the check out.
I went to purchase some super glue and she would only allow me to buy it with ID!!
Of course I?m not going to carry around ID for some super glue?..
Will never shop here again, disgusted and upset is an understatement.

A good place to shop with a decent selection of items. While you might not find everything you?re looking for, the staff more than make up for it, they?re always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience thanks to the excellent customer service.

They didn?t have a couple of the things I was after (I?m struggling to find them anywhere so not the stores fault) I was served by Molly today and she was so helpful. Really cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. An asset to the company, I really hope the Ashford branch continues to serve is for a long time to come. My daughter is Autistic and we always manage to find plenty of really reasonably priced things to keep her occupied! Thank you Molly and thank you Hobbycraft ?
