Went to Headcorn eye clinic for a NHS eye appointment. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the service superb and professional. I was really impressed.

What lovely people. Called in today because whilst over from Spain my husband lost a nose cushion from his glasses. Supplied us with two new ones with no charge. Cannot thank them enough.

13/10/2022On behalf of my wife Carol who had an very humiliating and embarrassing experience at Headcorn eye centre today.03/11/2022Follow up from two weeks later:It has come to light, after being contacted by phone by the eye centre today, that the appointment my wife was given for 13/10/2022 was actually someone else's and we apologise profusely to the person concerned for posting a copy of the appointment slip on our review as we wrongly assumed that the name on the said slip was the receptionist that had made my wife's appointment.The gentleman that called and spoke to my wife was very courteous and apologetic explaining the course of events and admitting that they had made a serious error.I have obviously removed the appointment slip that I had originally posted.Hopefully we can now close the book on this one and move on.

Had eye test, very thorough, took time and was not hurried. Excellent optermoligest. The lady who measures distance between eye and helps you to choose your glasses was very good, very helpful.

Visited this lovely practice recently and was treated so well, not only for the issue I was sent there for, but also to provide comfort and reassurance all in a highly professional and caring manner. Truly fantastic service from these wonderful folks - highly recommended!

Brilliant - the best opticians ive ever been to. Forvyears, the big multiples have told me I needed 2 pairs of glasses - one for day, and one for night driving. Spent over £2000 for years. This optician said I needed one pair only. .Anti- dazzle coating applied - fantastic. Spent just over £600 - as opposed to £2000+
