Dev (bike specialist ), super helpful from initial consultation. My old bike I was not sure if best buy new or repair? Discussed options at length and decided to repair. Got gold service too. Upon collection even helped me with bike to car. Helped advise on buying new safety helmet too. Outstanding Dev! You are a true credit to Halfords.

I was shocked with the service I received when I took my vehicle for service and MOT, my car failed MOT and the report explained it which is understandable however, my car was handed back to me in worse state than l took it, underfloor cover which was taken out never got returned, one tyre had a puncture, rare left suspension is completely collapsed because of broken springs which was not the case when I drove it there, the worst bit is l was pointed to the direction where the car was parked and my concerns were not adequately address, as l was still talking to the receptionist, he just ignored me and started talking to customers who were behind me.

Made use of my Halfords Premium Motoring Club Membership this week for the purchase of a replacement car directional bulb replacement /fitting at the Ashford store and car service and MOT at their nearby Autocentre. In both cases the service provided was friendly, efficient and first class with an excellent online system for booking the service and MOT and receiving updates on work progress - couldn't ask for more

Sadly my experience with Halfords has never been a very positive one. From a fitter loosing a part for my car some 10yrs ago to today where, having placed a very simple click and collect order of one item for me to hang around waiting for some 20 minutes for one of the four staff on the shop floor dealing with just two customers (and then myself) before I was seen to. If you are going to offer ?speedy click and collect? it needs to be just that!

Ordering to collect from store. The first text said they were processing my order and would update me. This they said was for collection that evening. 2 days later and having heard nothing further I went to the shop. They had the order ready. No sense that there had been a mistake so I guess this is usual. A useless service.
