AVOID they do not send all items you paid then make it so much hard work to try and get the item you paid for it?s not even worth it dump needs closing down

Yesterday I bought a lots of tools in that shop. Just want to say thank you guys. Costumer service was so professional, I don?t know the guy name but he helps me a lot, was half hour explaining me everything. And in the end gave some gift as well. Thank you. I will definitely come back here.

Sadly and innocently ordered the incorrect blade for my Evolution disc cutter (a 255mm instead of 230mm).I approached FFX for an exchange which they point blankly refused as outside of the 30 day return / exchange policy.The point I'd like to make is this is not a tool that has been used but a unused blade, all i have asked for is a fair swap.I stated that i would make a complaint but FXX actually blocked my IP address, how pathetic !No customer service here !

Friendly and helpfull staff got exactly what I needed brought a dewalt multi tool and used it that day perfect cheaper than screwfix but same product wish I knew about them before spending a fortune on the same gear.. for 50 quid more elsewhere spot on .

Wouldn't order from hetre again! I ordered a Dewalt guide rail kit, they took my order and money. They said there was a delay so I said no probs wasn't in a rush. I then chased a few weeks later and they said they had refunded me and couldn't tell me why! I asked them to find out and call me, surprise know one ever did! Wasn't a stock issue as they were still advertising, but I think they didn't want to honour the discounted price they had offered.Very disappointed!

This was my first time using FFX and all I can say is what an excellent company they are, I don't really understand the bad reviews I've read as from my experience I'd definitely use them again, I ordered a new DeWalt angle grinder at 6pm and I had a tracking number from DPD by 8pm and my new tool was delivered at 11am the next day and this was also in the busy Xmas period, if this isn't good service I don't know what is, the prices are extremely competitive and I'll definitely be using them again in the future for any new tools I need, keep up the great service and cheap prices FFX. 10/10 ?

This company has gone downhill big style.Over the weekend I ordered two Festool items through eBay, one with 24 hr delivery and second available in just over four weeks. Each individual item has free shipping.When first item doesn't arrive on Tuesday I telephone to query order and it appears that FFX have decided to send both items together delaying the immediately available item for over four weeks. What planet are they on????The result, both orders cancelled and I'll deal with a company with some common sense instead (hopefully).

Don't meet there delivery time. Ordered 3 weeks ago was meant to take 2 days. Avoid and use a reputable company they can't even call back and apologies.

Really not impressed with FFX anymore it used to be a really good company but now it?s hard to get through on the telephone try to place orders online would not work Made a phone call again finally got through after 10 minutes for for them to say to me that the delivery will not turn up today as promised no invoice was emailed to me so really confused what he?s going on with his company now

Really poor customer service - i specifically asked them not to deliver a 200kg pallet unless i was in as i dont have a forklift and they did exactly that ! Delivery was abandoned in the rain at the wrong location and we had to drag the pallet towing it with the car .

'No mask no entry' seems to me a very indiscriminate sign. Not everyone wants to breath in their own carbon dioxide, and not everyone can breath properly, not everyone is aware that this 'virus' is a hoax, the biggest hoax in history. It's a SCAMdemic, Bill Gates orchestrated event 201 plandemic. A hoax leading to forced dna changing vaccines , with nano tech that links up to 5g hence why they're putting satellites up facial recognition ie china surveillance. Cashless society all based on a fake pandemic. Wake up sheep
